Job Overview:
The post holder is a member of the Global Inclusion and Diversity team which develops and implements our global efforts on inclusion, equity and diversity, encompassing all our activities across Oliver Wyman locations around the globe. In particular, this role will support I&D projects and Programs and will also be key to managing relationships with stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
To support the Inclusion and Diversity strategy of the firm across our 3 strategic pillars
Driving Commercial Impact
- Responding to requests for I&D information to support tenders and client compliance
- Support marketing activity such as award entries, coordinating campaigns and managing I&D events
- To develop an understanding of inclusion and diversity issues in the market
Developing a Diverse Pyramid
- To provide support and advice to the recruitment function
- To provide program support for our inclusive talent, sponsorship and mentoring programs
Inclusive Culture
- To co-create and deliver training and educational interventions to drive inclusive working practices
- To act as a sounding board and confidant for colleagues, providing advice and signposting to resources
- Act as first point of contact for inclusion queries within the APR region
Experience Required:
- Using MS PowerPoint to present information to a high standard
- Ability to use excel for simple tasks and openness to developing more detailed analysis skills
- Using Microsoft outlook to schedule meetings and manage email communications
- Accustomed to taking accurate notes within fast-moving meetings
- Preparing agendas and acting as support for regular meetings
- A degree or equivalent
