Insurance Bid/Project Manager - Permanent

We will rely on you to:
Manage new business and defensive RFP proposals for Corporate clients. Develop compelling proposals for our clients and prospects to support the business in achieving growth targets. Provide support on a range of bid avoidance strategies for clients such as leading Challenge Reviews. Support the business in developing service and placement strategy for large clients. Work with Sales and Industry leadership in the region to develop and implement projects that will deliver growth.
What you will need to have:
- Team working skills and ability to lead project teams successfully.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at executive level.
- Organisational skills including the ability to manage projects effectively to agreed timescales and outcomes.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- CIP Qualified, (minimum APA required).
- Ability to identify areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and analysis and suggest ways of improvement.
