Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw:

Invoicing Specialist with German

In this role you will be involved in transition of new processes related to Commission reconciliation with responsibility for invoicing of Mercer's clients in Switzerland.

We will count on you to:

• Prepare and process invoices in accordance with client contracts

• Prepare reports detailing activities on client projects

• Perform the process of Commission reconciliation

• Identify and drive other administrative improvement opportunities

• Closely cooperate with consultants, insurer providers, finance and the local admin team

• Maintain internal system and track to ensure they are up to date and ready for client projects to start

• Monitor unbilled work and escalate to consultants when necessary

• Solve more complex cases and support the local admin team

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position

• Very good English and German

• Advanced in Excel

• Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to details

• Ability to seek improvements within existing processes

What makes you stand out:

• Previous experience in SSC / BPO company - especially in transitions

• Experience in project management, process mapping and instructions
