Junior Consulting Specialist with German or Dutch or Portuguese

(European Consulting Hub)

We will count on you to:

• Participate in Clients meetings and calls to understand their needs and problems

• Draft reports and recommendations with moderate level of guidance

• Perform analysis accurately and draw meaningful conclusions from data in area of focus (compensation and benefits, HR policies, performance management, job architecture and workforce analytics)

• Balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines

• Proactively seek out opportunities to further develop skills and capacities

What you need to have:

• Higher education to degree level or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization and a team player attitude

• 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or consulting environment

• Excellent command of English and at least one of the following languages: German or Dutch or Portuguese is a must

• An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently

• The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritizing effectively

• Strong attention to detail for both numerical and written work is essential for this role
