The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Implementation Consultant to make a business & client impact by leading and supporting UK mid-market projects. Our Associate Consultants are responsible for delivering on new implementations and annual flex renewal projects, for a range of UK clients.

You will be supported by a project coordinator and Senior Consultants. We value our Associate Consultants and trust them to manage a project team to deliver Darwin and are responsible for the quality & output of Darwin scheme. They may perform complex configuration of Darwin when required or support Configuration specialists.

We will rely on you to:
Consult with Clients to gather benefit and system requirements and documenting in a Fact Find
Work with a project coordinator on project plans and risk & issues logs in line with Darwin Delivery Methodology
Be accountable for quality of own projects
Prepare system functional specifications (Benefit & Darwin Specification BDS)
Manage testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity
Input into pre-sales activity with the Relationship team where required
Be responsible for developing methodologies and active participation in Knowledge Sharing and Learning & Development.
Help to improve process and give feedback to the wider team and management
What you need to have:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills (must be able to do VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc.)
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with 'key' internal and external client contacts and personalities
What makes you stand out:
Benefits or related industry experience is preferable experience in related industries (such are Human Capital Management) will also be considered
Previous or current experience as a project manager or implementation consultant for a SaaS product
