The Opportunity
Oliver Wyman is growing their internal search capability and is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the EMEA Experienced Hire team in Paris
As Recruiting Coordinator will support to our EMEA Experienced Hiring Recruiting team. Administrative assignments and tasks are designated by the EMEA Recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Daily administration
Coordinate interviews for France and EMEA candidates, communicating with Partners, Managers, Executive Assistants and candidates as appropriate.
Work closely with the Executive Assistants who are responsible for scheduling, providing necessary information and coordinate interviewing day.
Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, etc.
Process invoices and candidate travel expenses.
Prepare letters, proposals and other documents using Oliver Wyman formatting styles.
Assist with greeting candidates, and setting up meeting rooms and organising catering.
Assist in organisation of interviews packs (CV's etc) for Oliver Wyman interviewers.
Maintain/update Recruiting IT system (GTIOS) and required databases to ensure accuracy of information for firm use
Maintain/ update experienced hiring reporting tools to monitor pipeline and budget
Prepare regular reporting to involved stakeholders in the different Practice Groups
Assist the Recruiting team with the co-ordination of direct sourcing and search methods
Assist with other areas of recruitment and projects as required in EMEA
Team skills
Cover other team duties when necessary, due to vacation, illness, work overload, etc.
Liaise closely with Executive Assistant team to ensure clarity and smooth interview process.
Be a proactive team player; offer assistance when you have down time.
Support fully the local Experienced Hiring and participate in team meetings and projects with an eye to improving processes and the overall performance of the EMEA Experienced Hiring Recruiting team.
Who We Are Looking For
Up to two years' experience at working in an administrative or recruiting co-ordinator position. Experience in a similar industry would also be an advantage but is not a necessity.
Team player who has experience of and has enjoyed working as part of a team.
Service focused dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff through securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage one's own time. Not a clock watcher or someone who is unwilling to step outside the job description.
Self-starter who has an appetite for learning and is driven to excel and grow.
One who takes constructive feedback in stride and incorporates feedback quickly.
Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment.
Sense of humour.
Attention to detail and stickler for accuracy.
Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven.

Technical skills required
Good Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Working knowledge of Outlook, useful but not a necessity.
Fluent in French and English
