The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Intern to support our Entry-Level/Graduate Recruitment team in our Amsterdam office
This internship will be for a period of 6 months, starting in March 2021, and we offer a salary which is in accordance with the HR internship market.
As Entry-Level Recruiting intern you will be:
Ensuring the day-to-day operations of recruiting for high-calibre, diverse consulting talent in the Netherlands, as well as supporting this process for our Paris office
Organising recruitment events for our Amsterdam office
Promoting Oliver Wyman's Employee Value Proposition to Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating the application and hiring process for interns and graduates:
Working with the consultant recruiting lead to create and monitor metrics to ensure flawless entry-level recruiting execution
Carrying out initial CV screening and coordinating the CV screening team
Scheduling and monitoring interviews, communicating with Partners, Managers, Executive Assistants and candidates as appropriate
Coordinating interview feedback and the offer process
Overseeing the communication and sell process with candidates
Coordinating and assisting in the new hire process and on-boarding procedures
Liaising with HC Services team to ensure files are complete, sign-on bonuses are paid, visa issues are identified, etc.
Scheduling local office orientations for new entry level consultants and interns
Recruitment events and marketing:
Where relevant, organising and/or supporting recruitment events both in house and on campus
Adapting firm-wide marketing material for the local market
Working with local marketing team to coordinate the placement of adverts; writing company profiles, creating layout and coordinating the production of flyers, posters and ads
Holding regular update meetings with consultant recruiting team
Who We Are Looking for:
Your Language skills:
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Dutch language skills (verbal and written) will be a strong advantage and are preferred
A bit about you...
You will have relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.
Recruiting and/or talent management experience preferred
Knowledge of the Dutch university system is crucial
You'll have experience of balancing ever-changing work demands in a challenging environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy
You will have a proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization
