What you need to have:
- Strong sense of responsibility andcommitment for delivering quality work as a professional firm under time pressure
- Outstanding learning agility and self-disciplined
- Client oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skill (both logical communication and emotional intelligence)
- Strong adaptability for diversity andcollaborative mind set
- Business level Japanese language capability (At least, sufficient to able to listen to natural speed of conversation with Japanese natives)
- Business level English language capability (High level fluency for writing, reading, speaking and listening)
- Native level of Thai language capability (For Thai candidate only)
- Career aspiration to be an expert on organization and people
- Over 5 years business experience
- Fair computersoftwareliteracy (especially on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
**Nice to have:**
- Relevant work experience on quantitative & qualitative analysis
- Client facing / advisory experience
- Project management exposure
- HR related knowledge / experience
- Working experience with external consultant
- Conflict management among multiple stakeholders
