About the Role
The role of thePrincipal Consultantis to lead, support and coach a team of consultants to ensure customer expectations, quality and financial objectives are met via team performance, ensuring maintenance of National Quality standards, and developing business opportunities.
You will also be responsible for the management of 4 6 direct reports whilst also managing a billable caseload.
The successful applicant will provide a high level of customer service and build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve positive outcomes and maximise business opportunities.
About You
You'll ideally have a minimum of 3 + years industry experience, a desire to lead a high performing team, a track record of achieving long-lasting outcomes, negotiation and networking skills and a strong team ethic.
You will require one of the following:
You will have proven experience in Workplace Rehabilitation. You will need to be an AHPRA registered Psychologist/Provisional Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor. You thrive on having an excellent ability to provide great customer service.
