About the Role
This your opportunity to work in a great team of people and a supportive manager committed to making a difference by helping people to be safe, healthy and productive at work. We currently work across Workers Compensation, Life, CTP, Org Psych and Injury prevention services lines giving you a strong foundation across various portfolios.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing plans that addresses barriers to return to work and assists the injured worker with a safe and durable return to work with either the pre-injury employer or a new employer
- Providing a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with which achieve positive outcomes and maximize business opportunities
- Working in a collaborative and often multi-disciplinary environment to achieve great health outcomes for both compensable and non-compensable illness and injuries.
About You
You will proven experience in Workplace Rehabilitation, innovative and creative looking to forge their own path. You thrive on having an excellent ability to provide great customer service, negotiate and work with a high performing team.
You will require one of the following:
- Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA or;
- Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA or;
- Exercise Physiology Accreditation with ESSA
