Senior Business Analyst

Marsh is seeking candidates to join our O&T Team as a Senior Business Analyst based in Milan.

What can you expect?

You can join the Italian Transformation Office and be involved in the core team of regional/global transformation programs. You will be responsible for collaborating with Senior Leaders across the organization to develop and execute plans, to analyse and standardize processes, to ensure the successful implementation of change and technology projects, and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Main responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough analysis of complex as-is business processes to identify process improvement and standardization opportunities.

• Understand business requirements and identify/align with the design of technology solutions

• Design to-be processes and technology, recording proper documentation and define mock-ups.

• Works closely with business experts, IT delivery team, external vendors.

• Build financial and operational models to simulate various scenarios and guide management decisions

• Lead meetings cross-functional teams and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders

• Act as an effective Change Agent. Engage all key stakeholders and lead the way to change. Manage complex and difficult negotiations, influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

• Comply with internal and external management reporting requirements, ensuring appropriate & timely production of output

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science/technology

• Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis with some project management experience in a technology consultancy firm or highly-structured company

• Past experience in complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency in analyzing data

• Recognized as problem-solver

• Proficient Italian and English
