Accountability
To service the insurance requirements of a varied portfolio of international clients situated in the UAE
Role & Responsibility
- Managing and providing assistance/training to junior team members
- Management of Marine Client portfolio
- Developing and managing existing client accounts
- Developing and making presentations to key client decision makers
- Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns
- Analyses underwriting data and relay decisions to clients
- Generation of New Business in line with KPI target
- Pro-active communication with all internal and external units globally
- Self-generation of new ideas
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Fundamental underwriting concepts, practices and procedures
- Organizational and time management skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen and fast learner and able to work in a team environment or autonomously
- Attention to detail and decision making skills
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
Experience and Qualifications
- Insurance qualification (ACII)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Other languages is a plus
