Senior Client Representative

You will join a dynamic team of insurance professionals, working within the Corporate team on a mid & upper corporate business portfolio focusing on the outgoing clients.
You will learn Marsh internal processes and support the Client Executive team in servicing and supporting client activity.

We will count on you to:
- Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.
- Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts and conducting ensuing account management tasks including completing billing transactional work, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising between internal senior professionals and business accounts, and generally representing the business to ensure satisfaction, compliance and allow for senior level colleagues to focus on growth efforts.
- Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, research on industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use.
What you need to have:
- Master's degree in Economics or Law
- Minimum two year's insurance experience;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Be detail-oriented with good computer skills with proficiency in email, word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as working knowledge of presentation software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Be results oriented with a strong client service focus;
- The ability to work independently and within a team-based environment;
