Acting as the Centre of Excellence and place where the development of new solutions is happening. We serve as trusted advisors to our Clients on a wide range of rewards issues to help attract, retain, engage and motivate their workforce to the levels of performance needed to be successful.

Competitive salary
We will count on you to:
Participate in Clients meetings and calls to understand their needs and problems
Take on project management responsibilities on smaller, more standard projects
Draft comprehensive reports and develop Client specific solutions
Perform high quality, complex analysis reliably and consistently with minimal direction (performance management succession planning, HR Analytics)
Act as a primary point of contract for Clients in the area of focus
Provide guidance, training and peer review to less experienced colleagues
Proactively seek out opportunities to further develop skills and capacities
What you need to have:
Higher education to degree level or equivalent
3+ years of working experience in area of compensation and benefits, Human Resources consulting or analytics
Excellent communication, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization, act as an influencer
The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritizing effectively
Excellent command of English and at least one of the following languages: German or Dutch or Portuguese
An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role
