Senior Consulting Specialist with German or Dutch or Portuguese

(European Consulting Hub)

We will count on you to:

• Participate in Clients meetings and calls to understand their needs and problems

• Take on project management responsibilities on smaller, more standard projects

• Draft comprehensive reports and develop Client specific solutions

• Perform high quality, complex analysis reliably and consistently with minimal direction (performance management succession planning, HR Analytics)

• Act as a primary point of contract for Clients in the area of focus

• Provide guidance, training and peer review to less experienced colleagues

• Proactively seek out opportunities to further develop skills and capacities

What you need to have:

• Higher education to degree level or equivalent

• 3+ years of working experience in area of compensation and benefits, Human Resources consulting or analytics

• Excellent communication, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization, act as an influencer

• The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritizing effectively

• Excellent command of English and at least one of the following languages: German or Dutch or Portuguese

• An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role
