We will count on you to:
- Analyse Organisational data that underlies key elements of structure, services and activities
- Track changes across teams and geographies
- Analyse, enrich and create organisational data
- Support the definition and maintenance of key elements of services and associated activities
- Support the creation of a breakdown of activities performed, and associated commercials
- Analyse and compare to established benchmarks
- Create integrated views across multiple teams and geographies
- Engage regularly with a wide range of business stakeholders, local and abroad
- Be consistent and courageous, working closely as part of a team performing important work to defined deadlines
- Work closely with the wider transformation team, including across time zones, providing guidance, support and leveraging combined strengths
What you need to have**:**
- Proven experience in business analysis and organizational design
- Strong consulting mindset, experience and skills A structured thinker
- Strong business acumen - ability to understand what is valuable and relevant to others - be both 'in' as well as 'above' the detail
- Ability to both work with detailed data, and to then present in a summary format, bringing clarity and showing trends to a senior audience
- Ability to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders that are often both senior and located in different countries - very strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Delivery focused - A finisher - Proactive, self-starter, resilient, enthusiastic, focused
- Team player (essential)
- Brings ideas and improvements to a continuously evolving and fast-paced environment
