Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai/ Pune office:
Salesforce Service Cloud developer
**What can you expect?**
- Excellent in salesforce service cloud technical / functional skills
- Key developer with good hands on implementing service cloud features in lightning experience
- Prior experience in developing Lightning components and Lightning Design System
- Proficient in implementing service cloud features like Email to case, case assignment rules, escalation rules, entitlements, Omni channel features
- Proficient in coding and can implement complex routing algorithm
- Proficient in implementing Service Consoles, Live Agent, Knowledge article, Communities, chatbot etc.
- Excellent in configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, flows, process builder, Security Model, Data Model etc.
- Proficient in integrating with Force.com web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models, and typical API client architecture
- Must have created and leveraged Salesforce platform best practices along with coding and design guidelines.
- Must have Good Communication skill /Capable of Client facing

**What you need to have:**
- Minimum 4-5 years of IT development experience with minimum 3+ years in salesforce service cloud
- BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
- Must Have Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning, Customizations & Integration
- Good to have Sales cloud and any other cloud knowledge
