Preview to our current base policies:

• Maternity benefits: Sum insured for normal delivery is INR 65,000 and C-section is INR 75,000.
• Mental health on IPD (up to full sum insured) and OPD (up to 40,000) to cover Psychiatric and related treatments
• Home care and treatment up to INR15,000 (COVID related) covered per member
• Hotel quarantine up to INR 50,000 (COVID related) covered per member
• Make shift or temporary hospital treatment up to INR15,000 (COVID related) covered per member
• Enhanced colleague experience through Benefitme portal (one stop self-service for enrollment & tracking of claims)

Voluntary top up:

• Sum Insured options:2 Lacs, 3 Lacs and 5 Lacs
• All benefits same as baseexcept for Mental illness on OPD basis
• Although completely voluntary, colleagues would be encouraged to enroll considering dependents age & pre-existing health conditions
• Corporate buffer would be made available on exception basis only, provided colleagues have taken a top up plan
• 6 months instalment option through payroll
• New Joiners would be able to opt for Top-up upon joining within a 30 day window

We will count on you to:

• Be extremely proactive in building relationships with team members and business stakeholders
• Be agile in understanding the business and business model and in ways of working
• Articulate problem statements, conceive solutions and execute on the same
• Demonstrate process excellence in project delivery, driven by an action orientation
• Explore and visualize data to understand it, and identify data patterns & trends in order to provide insights to enhance business decision making capability
• Use advanced statistical techniques for complex data analysis. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, developing analytical reports.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Analytics or Master's Degree in Statistics/Computer Applications/ IT/Analytics /any discipline related to Data Science / Analytics
• 7-8 years of progressive experience in Advanced analytics preferably working with packages like NLTK, BERT, Numpy,etc
• Fluent in Python and have experience with NLP libraries like core NLP, Pandas, Spacy, Genism, etc.
• Possess advanced knowledge of the HuggingFace libraries and concepts like tokens, tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, regex
• Possess excellent proficiency in data and text interpretation, analysis and reasoning.
• Knowledge of statistics, optimization or related field
• Excellent critical thinking ability, result orientation and project management skills
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
• Keenness and urgency to learn about the Marsh and the business unit's business, and insurance industry in general

What makes you stand out?

• Experience building machine learning applications in areas like time series forecasting, classification models, clustering models, multivariate regression models etc
• A commercial sense to apply proportionality to the depth of analytics used versus desired output
• Ability to take initiatives to strive for improvement in analytics techniques, process and output
