Specialist - IT Messaging
What can you expect?
Provides Tier 2 support on advanced problems with minimal direction and within established SLAs for Messaging supported services which included: Outlook Support, Encryption Support (i.e. Ironport Send Secure, PGP & TLS), Archiving Support (i.e. Enterprise Vault), Mergers & Acquisitions, Litigation (e-discovery) Support, Distribution List Support, Mobility Support (i.e. Blackberry, Mobile Iron), Instant Messaging Support (i.e. Lync), Legacy Domino Administration, and Enterprise Fax Services (i.e. Rightfax).
Provides Tier 2 support with minimal direction and within established SLAs for Messaging supported services. Provides Onboarding/Offboarding support for specified Operating Companies for; Outlook, Mobility (Blackberry, Mobile Iron), Rightfax, Lync and Enterprise Vault.

We will count on you to:
Work on exporting of Exchange 2013 and Exchange Online mailboxes to PST files using Exchange Power Shell and Encryption tools.
Work on exporting of Enterprise Vault archive databases to PST files utilizing Enterprise Vault Admin Tools and Encryption Tools.
Process requests for Enterprise Vault search inquiries based on specified search criteria using standard Enterprise Vault admin tools.
Perform Discovery Accelerator searches based on specified search criteria using standard Enterprise Vault DA admin tools
Work on upload/download of PST file extracts to specified sites such as FTP Accellion and Vendor provided authorized sites.
Assist with providing authorized users with access to extracted data.
Provide detailed tracking and reporting of legal request activities through SharePoint and service incident tracking tool.
What you need to have:
Office 365 , Exchange 2013 and Exchange Online required
Experience with Enterprise Vault
Understanding of FTP
