Talent Acquisition Consultant

We will count on you to:
Partner with a range of great people across multiple businesses to understand their hiring needs.
Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent.
Effectively manage the end-to-end process of 15-28 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators).
Use your advanced direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers.
Be meticulous about moving candidates through the recruitment process.
Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis.
What you need to have:
End to end recruiting experience (as a Talent Consultant/Manager/Recruiter or Business Leader).
Experience building solid talent pipelines using your networks to attract the passive market.
Build business case models to ensure take up of change initiatives where appropriate.
Providing reporting on requisition and recruitment activity as required.
Strong knowledge of social media, search/innovative sourcing techniques.
A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience.
Ability to speak fluent English and French.
