VP, National Sales Strategies will support the national Private Client Services sales team in the delivery of sales forecasting and planning. Successful candidates will: develop, manage and implement sales strategies, identify potential centers of influence and customer channels to accelerate brand awareness and bottom line growth. This role facilitates service and product sales delivery in accordance with client agreements and established standards, and will create and present sales materials, research, proposals and reports.

Drive execution between sales/market opportunities and content/marketing support/alignment to ensure that sales, in concert with MarComm, is delivering to the field the insights and engagement tools needed to drive execution
Project manage engagement activities across National Sales Strategies supporting regional implementation

We will count on you to:
Organizes, analyzes and presents data to support the sales forecasting process
Work to assist and project manage implementation and execution strategies
Analyzes and manipulates the sales data to help determine sales effectiveness and outcomes
Responds to and documents internal inquiries and completes requests for information in a timely manner
Handles routine license requests and transactions to support the sales process
Liaisons across MMA platform to provide critical Private Client support to distribution team in all verticals
Project manage engagement activities across National Sales Strategies to support regional implementation
Utilizes Microsoft Office functions to design basic PowerPoint presentations for sales campaigns
Works within MMC network to resource and execute required elements of National Partnership requirements
Develops and implements client surveys, runs data reports, compiles survey data and presents survey data
Interacts and maintains ongoing communication at the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the stakeholders
What you need to have:
5+ years of experience in sales analytics and CRM reporting
Prefer experience supporting personal lines or insurance sales organizations
Strong presentation skills and project management skills
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
BA/BS degree in related discipline
