We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer Relations / AI Solutions Engineer to join our product team at Moody's Analytics. This role is critical in enabling internal teams to effectively adopt and adapt AI solutions across various business domains. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, possess excellent technical and communication skills, and have a strong track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role will work closely with the Product Manager and AI Engineers within the Central team, as well as support other divisions' data scientists and engineers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical expert and advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on the adoption and integration of AI solutions within their respective domains.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand the AI product roadmap and help translate strategic goals into actionable plans for internal teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials, ensuring that stakeholders have the necessary resources to effectively utilize AI solutions.
Design and deliver training programs to educate internal teams on the capabilities and usage of AI applications, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Assist in the triage, prioritization, and development of use cases for AI solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address their specific needs.
Provide ongoing technical support to internal data scientists and engineers, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Act as a liaison between the product team and other divisions within Moody's, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and best practices within the organization.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a developer relations, “API evangelist”, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in the AI/ML domain.
Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks, with a deep understanding of their practical applications and limitations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated success in developing and delivering technical training programs and documentation.
Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, data scientists, and engineers.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing corporate environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $129,200 to $187,400 depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
