We are looking for a tenacious, self-motivated, curious, creative and results-oriented team player to join our innovative and entrepreneurial marketing team. As a Assistant Director-Marketing Manager on our team, you will be responsible for executing a range of marketing activities. You will manage, analyse and optimize a portfolio of marketing automation applications including but not limited to Salesforce, HootSuite, Social AdAccounts and Adobe Creative Cloud. The role will require you to have extreme attention to detail, analytical mindset and skills to identify and grow our Canadian Securities Institute Portfolio. You will assist in increasing website traffic, optimizing online presence, crafting marketing strategy, improving email campaign performance (using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar tool), generating new leads, maximizing B2C + B2C sales and having an overall omni-channel marketing approach to maximize visibility for the business.

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to establish short and long-term goals for the marketing team. Support in the development, planning and implementation of an annual marketing and budget plan.
Facilitate and promote collaborative and productive working relationships within cross-functional project teams.
Lead by example by building trust and developing interpersonal skills with sales, product and technology.
Think strategically with the ability to quickly identify and understand issues and opportunities – focus on solutions and get the job done.
University degree or a college diploma in a marketing or analytics related field is preferred. Candidates who majored in English and who have marketing experience may also apply.
5 – 7 years working experience in a similar role or marketing analytics role
5+ years of overall marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a large corporate organization where you managed product marketing.
Ability to manage company native social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram amongst others. Technical acumen required to understand how campaigns are executed to optimize different platform.
Extensive experience in Excel/pivot tables/VBA/Macros/SQL. Enjoy working with numbers and have extreme attention to detail
Strong research, quantitative, analytical and data interpretation skills
Be a results-oriented, independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage multiple marketing projects while balancing competing priorities with tight deadlines.
