    Our team includes various diverse activities: development, quality assurance, performance analysis and improvement, DevOps, product management, customer support, DBA, among others. It maintains a highly dynamic activity between legacy services installed in a broad part of the market, and the new generation set of services that are being adopted.

    Because of the diversity of activities in the team, we are currently looking for a multi-skilled Senior Quality engineer, ready to develop new services and participate in the DevOps activity. The team creates and develops new services for the banking market on a cloud platform. This implies strong capacities of automation, a zen attitude jumping from QA to a DevOps activity or taking the lead for the development of a new service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance process. Research, design and build efficient automation/performance frameworks, including test tools and automated test suites that govern whole development cycle for any of our product and services platforms, based on different Web, Services/APIs and database technologies.
      Design and develop testing strategy based upon project requirements, lead in test cases creation and execution, analyse and report test results to stakeholders.

    • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership into a product creation initiative, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of projects.

    • Apply in your daily work, that pointing a problem is good and proposing a solution is better; that talking is good, and doing is better.

    • Development: Design, develop, and maintain software services with team(s) members using C#, Javascript, Java EE, Spring boot, React UI/UX, .NET framework, Python and related technologies.

    • Windows and Linux on top of AWS machines management and network security access management; as well as various scripting languages on these OSs.

    • Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

    • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, mainly coming from real customer deployments. Identify root causes, and propose effective solutions in a timely manner, be agile while doing Agile.

    • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation, share knowledge and best practices with team members, and contribute to the organization's knowledge base.

    • Design, develop, test, and support new micro-service applications; that scale predictably, promote maintainability and extensibility.

    • Development knowledge on DBs with .NET (C#), Java, SQL (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL (e.g.: MongoDB).

    • Repository and dependencies management, like Git and Maven.

    • Excellent communication skills. You will need to drive a change by just communicating and demonstrating.

    • Knowledge of using/setting up automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g.: Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, etc.), as well as experience with configuration and build tools.

    • Experience with using React and also have the capability to write unit tests (e.g.: React-Testing Library).

    • Practical application of AI, ML, RAG techniques to optimize and enhance documentation capacities, data generation, code generation, test automation, support capacities (e.g.: ChatBot). Apply knowledge of AI, ML, LLMs ... to practical business problems. For these, develop Python code and interfaces (APIs and services).

    • A keen interest and understanding of financial markets and instruments. Relevant mathematical knowledge e.g. statistics, optimisation algorithms.

    • Be team player.

    • Analytic approach to problem solving and solution proposal.

    • Self-organised with the ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects and with competing business demands and priorities

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Confident communicator; able to argue a point concisely and deal positively with conflicting views.
