    In order to manage our strong project pipeline, we are looking to add an experienced (Senior) Project Manager to our team. This Vienna-based role includes the management and control of IT projects focusing mainly on client service integrations onto the Moody's Analytics KYC service, but could also include strategic projects related to product integration and/ or new product development.
    The successful candidate will be accountable for the full project lifecycle covering initial scope identification to successful delivery within the specified constraints of time, quality and cost.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, ensuring project quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained.

    • Manage client expectations maintaining balance between client requests and project constraints ensuring that the project scope remains within agreed upon Statement of Work.

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with internal cross-functional teams.

    • Work closely with the Project Team Lead, Relationship Managers, Product and other internal teams.

    • Provide regular status update about the project status to the management

    Required background:

    • Previous experience of project management in a high-growth digital company (RegTech or FinTech background is a plus)

    • Proven track record (3-5 years) for planning, executing, controlling and closing a diverse range of projects (e.g. small/large/complex) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

    • Independent team player with strong ability to decide, execute, communicate and connect people

    • Collaborative approach with strong communication and organizational skills

    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English

    • A customer-oriented personality

    • Conflict facilitation & problem solving skills

    • A flexible and hands-on approach

    Annual base salary gross: €69,100.00 Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody's total compensation package for employees.
