Work in Agile pods to define business process requirements for technology solutions, identifying with process owners and product owners any opportunities to enhance and re-develop technology solution
Support CSS Risk Management and process owners ensuring processes are compliant with regulatory obligations, and standards, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with processes (including FMEAs).
Education: Bachelors or Equivalent required
5+ years’ of proven experience in roles focused on facilitating process improvement and/or change management initiatives
Minimum Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Experience in Agile principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, data driven decision-making and critical thinking skills
Ability to influence projects without authority
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent assignments and activities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, including the ability to collaborate and engage others in a courteous and thoughtful manner
Strong technical skills across various software tools (https://e.g Power Query, Excel, QI Macros, Mini Tab, Lucidchart, Visio, Power Point, Power BI)
Experience in rating agencies or credit risk is a plus.
Credit Strategy and Standards (CCS) provides thought leadership for analytics, research, and market engagement, and drives consistency and quality of output across regions and rating groups. It also leads the development and maintenance of models and methodologies and develops standards and rules to guide ratings and research activities. It comprises several functions: the Methodology and Model Development Group ("MMDG"); the Methodology Review Group ("MRG"); the Ratings and Process Oversight Group ("RPO"); and Strategy & Research ("S&R").
