Provide timely integration status reports to PSG leadership and Integration Steering Committee as needed
Lead the M&A related activities including: gathering and sharing critical information in the pre-close, close and post-close stages, identifying gaps and risks, establishing and implementing integration plans, attending recurring meetings, etc.
Based on learnings from completed integrations, provide input to implement tools and techniques to enhance the PSG integration processes and drive efficiency
Risk and Compliance Support
Expand supplier risk management protocols across the business by enhancing processes and incorporating new technology and tracking mechanisms
Manage regulatory requirements for specific countries and SOX controls as it pertains to reporting and analytics for third parties
Temporary Staffing Services Sourcing and Operations
Lead strategic sourcing for the temporary staffing services category include RFx and contract negotiations
Provide oversight of the Beeline program for temporary contingent workers
Serve as escalation point for business partners and Beeline on program issues
Communicate system changes and enhancements to users and provide an avenue for training and understanding
Develop and report on key program and system metrics
Provide feedback and information on organizational behavior and help to identify business needs and issues
Monitor system performance, proactively remediate issues, and lead/implement continuous improvement projects
Global Corporate Travel Program
Set the strategic direction for the travel category
Establish supplier management frameworks for the travel category
Establish travel/card use policy governance frameworks
Implement travel booking, reservation and/or payment best practices
Establish travel risk management frameworks
Establish travel/card use compliance frameworks
Establish data analysis frameworks
Drive supplier performance management initiatives
Establish operations efficiency frameworks
Lead travel/card process, supplier and technology implementations and improvement projects

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, related fields or equivalent practical experience with 7-10 years of relevant industry and managerial experience
Excellent team leadership skills with proven experience managing diverse teams
Ability to analyze large and complex sources of data to identify issues and patterns, summarize trends and report metrics
Excellent and demonstrable verbal and written communication skills including the ability to develop impactful content, communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience, and conduct executive presentations
History of navigating complex global organizations driving buy-in and accountability to Procurement-led programs, championing change with acute attention to detail and an analytical acumen, and partnering with stakeholders to influence, resolve conflict, and drive consensus
Experience leading change management strategy development and execution in a complex environment
Proven project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and implement ideas in a changing environment, leading projects to successful completion and managing multiple priorities
The AVP-PSG Supplier Mgmt and Risk role is part of the Procurement and Sourcing Group (“PSG”) Operations and Analytics team and leads Responsible Sourcing (including Supplier Diversity and Sustainability), Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) support, Risk and Compliance support, Temporary Staffing Services Sourcing and Operations, and our Global Corporate Travel Program.
The role offers an excellent opportunity for rapid career growth and development. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders on a global basis. This individual will lead and manage six direct reports.
For Lithuania location working hours will be Mon-Thu 11 am - 8 pm, Fri 9 am - 6 pm.

Annual base salary gross: €59,600 - 95,400. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
