    Position summary

    ns with platform architects, to provide some guidance from the feature perspective

    • Management responsibilities:

      • Maintain regular contact with managed people
      • Listen to their personal expectations, career expectations, training expectations, current mood, and summarize to upper level managers, rise alert if needed
      • Provide objectives to managed people, in coordination with upper level management
      • gather information about managed people production, to buildup a vision of their performance, their integration in the different teams, the quality of their work, so as to evaluate their overall efficiency, and provide improvement areas.
    • Master degree in Software Engineering, 8 years of experience.

    • Management experience of a development team

    • Software language usage in an optimized way(understand and use the native qualities of a used language)

    • Database requesting (understand the database usage optimization challenge)

    • Backend and data processing (understand the backend and performance in data processing challenge)
