Analyzes and recommends changes to current practice based on the latest market trends and standard processes to ensure the organization stays driven in the market and industry.
Provides support to the Compensation Delivery team for the global annual compensation planning process including annual salary increase, bonus payouts and equity plans
Educate People Team & Managers on compensation programs and processes.
Partners with the Digital People Delivery team as needed to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs.
Degree or tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
3-5 years’ work experience in compensation
Experience in global market pricing and job evaluation
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of team members.
Ability to operate in a face-paced environment with ambitious priorities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills – both oral and written required for this role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
Good organization skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong critical thinking, communication and analytical skills
Expert with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience within the global financial services and/or technology sectors
Project Management experience is a plus.
Familiarity with the SuccessFactors platform preferred.
