    Position summary

    s such as Job Architecture and other projects.

    • Analyzes and recommends changes to current practice based on the latest market trends and standard processes to ensure the organization stays driven in the market and industry.

    • Provides support to the Compensation Delivery team for the global annual compensation planning process including annual salary increase, bonus payouts and equity plans

    • Educate People Team & Managers on compensation programs and processes.

    • Partners with the Digital People Delivery team as needed to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs.

    • Degree or tertiary qualifications in a related discipline

    • 3-5 years’ work experience in compensation

    • Experience in global market pricing and job evaluation

    • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of team members.

    • Ability to operate in a face-paced environment with ambitious priorities.

    • Outstanding interpersonal skills – both oral and written required for this role.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills

    • High degree of integrity and confidentiality

    • Good organization skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    • Strong critical thinking, communication and analytical skills

    • Expert with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    • Experience within the global financial services and/or technology sectors

    • Project Management experience is a plus.

    • Familiarity with the SuccessFactors platform preferred.
