    Position summary

    As a Sr. Implementation Engineer in the Partner Platform team, you will be responsible for managing the integration of new products into PassFort, and increase the coverage of data available to our clients. Your insights will help the product team develop a polished and effortless integration experience for our partners, both internal and external.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage client/partner relationships in the implementation, customization and use of analytic solutions to ensure successful integration of products with client systems.

    • Manage client or partner relationships in the implementation of our analytic software and data solutions.

    • Act in a leading role with regards to implementation, customization and use of analytic solutions to ensure successful integration of products with client or partner systems.

    • Train and mentor other Implementation Engineers.

    • Participate in offsite calls with the partner relationship and sales teams to run product demos and gather partner requirements.

    • Work with the product development team to design, build and implement new features and functions for analytic and data products.

    • Provide technical assistance to partners who are building integrations with our product.

    • Help to develop and put in place solutions for a wide variety of financial institutions using our analytic software and data solutions.

    • Answer inquiries from clients or partners.

    • Travel is required to conduct training and give presentations on our software applications.

    • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s) or graduate/second-level degree (e.g. MBA, Master’s) with an emphasis in financial engineering, computer science, engineering, math, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field preferred

    • 7+ years of business experience

    • Experience in external facing role required

    • Familiarity with REST APIs required

    • Knowledge of python and other scripting or coding languages preferred

    • Strong written and communications skills and the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines are essential

    • Working knowledge of financial concepts highly desirable

    • This position may require the individual to be available to provide periodic evening and weekend on call support in line with business needs
