Billing Operations:
Process Monthly, Quarterly and Annual invoices for our clients on the Billing Central platform, under a fixed and usage-based engagement:
Check data quality and accuracy,
Correct usage data when necessary,
Escalate integration errors (usage errors, Contract errors)
Send Invoices to Invoicing System,
Process credits and rebill when applicable,
Escalate unexpected Billing Central behavior (bugs, issues),
Provide enhancement suggestions,
Answer questions from Finance.
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor Monthly Billing Reports:
Usage Defects / Errors
Generated Bills versus yet to issue
Bachelor's degree
1-3 yrs experience in Operations role
Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Platform
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Good interpersonal skills

The Risk, Technology and Operations team is responsible for identifying and managing risks, as well as overseeing and executing operational activities across Moody’s Analytics.
