Sr Billing Operations Analyst

Billing Operations:

• Process Monthly, Quarterly and Annual invoices for our clients on the Billing Central platform, under a fixed and usage-based engagement:

• Check data quality and accuracy,

• Correct usage data when necessary,

• Escalate integration errors (usage errors, Contract errors)

• Send Invoices to Invoicing System,

• Process credits and rebill when applicable,

• Escalate unexpected Billing Central behavior (bugs, issues),

• Provide enhancement suggestions,

• Answer questions from Finance.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor Monthly Billing Reports:

• Usage Defects / Errors

• Generated Bills versus yet to issue

• Bachelor's degree

• 1-3 yrs experience in Operations role

• Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Platform

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Good interpersonal skills

Risk, Technology and Operations (RTO)
The Risk, Technology and Operations team is responsible for identifying and managing risks, as well as overseeing and executing operational activities across Moody’s Analytics. Our strategic focus is to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the company by enabling standardization of and learning and development, operations, technology and risk. We collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Sales and Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, Marketing and Product Strategy as well as many other departments to make sure our operations run smoothly and effectively.
