Position summary

The Associate Director of Product Strategy will be part of our Digital Insights Gateway Team within Moody’s Analytics, reporting to the Director of Product Strategy for the Gateway Customer Experience. Project Gateway is a Digital Insights initiative to make Moodys.com the front door to all Moody’s initiatives and access point to all Moody’s product applications. The Associate Director of Product Strategy will be responsible for ensuring successful development of the Gateway customer experience to provide Moody’s customers with a single-entry point for all product applications.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Lead single sign on initiatives for project gateway by working with both central and product technology teams to implement multi-product authentication.

  • Develop user story requirements, design, implementation, and deployment details to drive single sign on customer experience implementation.

  • Contribute to the customer experience roadmap and prioritizations.

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers around product review and feedback.

  • Conduct qualitative assessments and solution validation for all product features and functionality.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining prototypes / wireframes for product features and functionality as needed.

  • Evaluate innovations/trends and technology platforms and identify product partnership and collaboration opportunities to accelerate product development.

  • Proactively and continuously monitor product dashboards and analytics tools, identifying and rectifying friction points that improve customer experience and make positive business impacts.

  • 7+ years’ experience

  • Undergraduate / bachelor’s degree required in a business-related discipline. MBA/Post graduate qualification desired

  • Experience using personas and client feedback to inform product development

  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies

  • Ability to lead and manage cross functional working groups

  • Experience in leading projects end to end

  • Strong understanding of global capital/credit markets

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

  • Experience or knowledge of product management, marketing, strategic planning, or product development required
