ead requirements and design workshops to understand customers’ loan origination processes and design or advise on design of components of the solution
Document and/or review the outputs derived from the project workshops
Analyze customers’ business requirements and define how our solutions can best be delivered to align with those requirements
Partner with Commercial Lending Advisors, Project Managers and Customer Success Managers for successful project delivery and customer onboarding
Ensure proper use of source control throughout project delivery
Assist with documenting, categorizing, tracking, and analyzing results of testing
Liaise with other teams such as product, engineering and other delivery teams to research and resolve issues
Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution.
Prior experience in key role implementing, configuring, or administering commercial lending, loan origination and/or credit risk assessment software at a financial institution
Financial services and banking experience in lending and loan origination solutions
Technical proficiency in C#.Net, SQL, and database (preferably Postgres) concepts
Experience with R or Python preferred
Experience with SaaS, lending origination and/or credit risk management software, preferably in a configuration or software development role
Relevant professional experience in a software development organization, consultancy (project delivery) or a financial institution
Strong presentation, teamwork and communication skills gained in a similar role
Strong team player and collaborator
Background in servicing external customers and building customer relationships
Process improvement, ability to clearly explain options and provide recommendations
Strong partnership and collaboration skills across stakeholder teams including Delivery, Project, Product Management teams and technology teams
Project management experience beneficial
Knowledge of Moody’s Solutions including CreditLens, RiskCalc, CMM, ImpairmentStudio is a plus.
Fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $113,800 to $165,100, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
