    Position summary

    Manage and monitor the end-to-end user experience and the value generated for our customers and other stakeholders.

    The main responsibilities of this internship/project will be:

    • Conduct exploration phases to understand who the business users are (interviews, observations, surveys, focus groups, ...), their difficulties, their needs

    • Synthesize the research to build a solution adapted to user needs and technological constraints

    • Prototype, and test with users the proposed solutions.

    • Leverage the interaction design of our application.

    • Collaborate in the creation of components and methodology that can be used by all Banking product teams

    • Contribute to the acculturation of the business teams on design and the importance of putting the end user at the center of our work.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Ideally working towards a Master's degree in design, data visualization, writing and/or knowledge management
    • You enjoy understanding user needs, designing interfaces and improving the user experience.
    • You are familiar with UX design methodologies. You have mastered at least one prototyping tool (Figma, Adobe XD, Axure etc.)
    • Other innovation methods (Lean Start Up, Design sprint,...) are a plus
    • Front-end development experience is a plus but not mandatory
    • Fluency in English
    • Must develop a very good level of autonomy to track and find functional information on the product and increase knowledge.
    • You are open-minded, curious and dynamic.
    • You like to work in a multi-cultural team.
