Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's / Master's degree (business or humanities) or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes

  • First experience in the HR department of a bank, in industry or consulting is an advantage

  • Good analytical skills and independent working style

  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Curiosity, determination, and ability to work in a team

  • Strong communication skills in English and German
