    What you'll do in the role:

    • Oversee and align the workflow of offsite inventory management teams with Global Market Data objectives and performance metrics.

    • Ensure the delivery of the services being delivered meet Morgan Stanley's standards in inventory management data quality and accuracy while also applying proper governance of our processes and 3rd party activities and identifying and resolving process bottlenecks, flagging risks and recommending corrective actions.

    • Collaborate with vendors, sourcing, finance, and administrative groups to manage service changes and improve processes.

    • Coordinate Market Data team initiatives and projects, generate management summaries for ongoing projects, following up on deliverables and providing regular updates to the respective Market Data Management Team members.

    • Oversee the administrative flow within the Global Market Data Team, coordinating inbound requests, assisting the Functional managers with balancing workloads and Market Data activities across the global teams and act as a Point of Contact for internal and external communications related to the department as determined by the business processes.

    • Utilize business intelligence tools to identify opportunities and improve data presentation across teams.

    What you'll bring to the role:

    • At least 8 years of experience, experience in the finance/banking industries is a plus but not required.

    • Possesses strong leadership and people management skills.

    • Skilled in project management, process improvement, and workflow optimization, with the ability to handle cross-functional tasks effectively.

    • Proficient in using workflow management systems like Ariba, JIRA, and FITS-Market Data Inventory, with a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a global environment.

    • Experience with Market Data Industry a plus but not required
