    What you'll do in the role:

    • Participate in various Data and Analytics related projects and working groups, including Data Analysis and insights, and Visualization and Reporting solutions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into effective reporting products
    • Use visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) to design, develop, and implement interactive reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights
    • Support Non-Financial Risk management by deriving actionable insights from data and leveraging quantitative and statistical techniques
    • Provide guidance to key stakeholders on how to adopt data visualization and reporting best practices and/or leverage data analytics to solve problems
    • Enhance program processes where opportunities exist and perform analysis to support strategic projects that add value to the broader division

    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 2-5 years of experience in a data related role including data visualization, reporting or data analysis
    • Experience with querying and transforming large data sets
    • Experience in creating data driven insights and analytics
    • Experience with automation of reporting solutions and processes
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Direct experience in the financial services industry
    • Good understanding of project management principles
    • Experience in the reporting and use of business data in support of business processes
    • Familiarity with mainstream data processing and modeling programming languages (Alteryx, R, Python)
    • Experience in leveraging AI solutions to automate reporting and analytical processes
