    Position summary

    s and data feeds, understanding the nuances of data definitions and business implications, and managing data quality and integrity of varied databases and reports

    • Develop presentations and communications that articulate data- driven insights and templates for analytics and reporting to track key performance metrics

    • Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and simplification to ensure processes are sustainable and scalable

    What you'll bring to the role:

    • At least 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

    • Demonstrable skills in Excel or similar data analysis tools and presentation development (PowerPoint) and data narration / storytelling

    • Ability to distill data into clear and actionable insights to drive decision- making and present trends to spectrums of audiences

    • Ability to manage multiple, complex processes and priorities and think beyond current business requirements to anticipate future needs

    • Experience with Power BI

    • Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
