    system. GFC coordinates day-to-day implementation of the Firm's financial crime prevention efforts, including governance, oversight and execution of the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Anti-Corruption and Government and Political Activities Compliance programs.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    As the GFC Governance and Reporting Director, you will work closely with team members and colleagues globally to support the governance and metrics frameworks underpinning the Global Financial Crime program . Key responsibilities include:
    • Reviewing production of metrics and reporting for accuracy and source SME commentary for use by GFC and other Financial Crime stakeholders.
    • Supporting enhancements to the metrics suite, including collaborating with metric owners to understand requirements and communicate them to Data & Analytics teams.
    • Coordinate with GFC management to source, organize, compile, and vet of GFC-produced materials for use in Financial Crime-related forums, with a focus on identifying matters for escalation.
    • Respond to and coordinate Internal Audit and Regulatory requests for materials related to governance and metrics.
    • Assisting in administration and updating of policies, procedures, guidelines.
    • Staying up to date on regulatory and industry developments that impact financial crimes and supporting efforts to integrate developments into metrics/governance.

    What We're Looking for in You
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent military experience
    • 5+ years experience in a Compliance or Risk Management role, preferably with experience in financial crimes compliance
    • Experience with metrics and reporting management
    • Ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify linkages across conversations/information flows
    • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • CAMS or equivalent AML certification/license, or ability to obtain certification within first 15 months of employment

    Where You'll be Working

    This role will require in office attendance 3 days/week. Two of those days will be Anchor Days where you will be in the office with your teammates to learn, grow, and collaborate in person.

    The Baltimore office is the Firm's largest U.S. office outside of New York, with approximately 2,000 employees representing most of the Firm's Divisions.

    Maryland:

    Salary range for the position: $75,000 - $120,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
