FC coordinates day-to-day implementation of the Firm's financial crime prevention efforts, including governance, oversight and execution of the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Anti-Corruption and Government and Political Activities Compliance programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As an experienced Investigations Information Management Analyst in GFC, you will:
• Coordinate documentation and information requests for GFC Investigations related to litigation, regulatory and other internal matters, ensuring that information is well organized, clear and verifiable
• Lead efforts to improve document management processes for the team
• Collaborate with team members and Technology to collect information necessary for operations on the team
• Perform case management intake and assist with triage of important cases for investigations
• Assist with data inputs necessary for key metrics and reporting
• Assist with drafting responses for litigation, regulatory, and audit inquiries related to documentation and information maintained by the group
What We're Looking for in You
• Bachelors degree or equivalent military experience
• 5+ years of investigative or related consulting experience with emphasis on BSA/AML
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading business transformation efforts, including the evaluation and enhancement of global processes.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and an understanding of data structures in order to transform large data sets to user-friendly information for management review.
• Self-motivated and independent operator with the ability and maturity to make decisions and operate in fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• CAMS or equivalent AML certification/license, or ability to obtain certification within first 15 months of employment.
Where You'll be Working
This role will require in office attendance 3 days/week. Two of those days will be Anchor Days where you will be in the office with your teammates to learn, grow, and collaborate in person.
The Baltimore office is the Firm's largest U.S. office outside of New York, with approximately 2,000 employees representing most of the Firm's Divisions.

Maryland:
Salary range for the position: $75,000 - $120,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
