6+ years of experience within the investment banking industry with a proven track record working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
Superior valuation skills
Interest in Technology, Software and Private Equity
Comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements
Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
Extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree required; an MBA, CA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
Series licensing or must obtain
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $250,000 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
