'll do in the role**: -
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across HR functional teams locally and globally
Support Firm risk management programs across the HR division including Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Third-Party Risk initiatives
Partner with relevant stakeholder groups to monitor and assess local Regulations including interpretation and communication of changes.
Ensure effective implementation of regulatory mandate in India.
Review Labour Laws compliance related to all Statutory requirements including Firm and Vendor Compliance (Principal Employer)
Re-assess/ QA existing Asia Regulatory reports to ensure consistency, especially if in line with the changing regulatory landscape - Maintenance and refresh of overall Asia Regulatory Reports (over 180 reports in scope)
Support review and submission of Outsourced Service inventory across 5 Asia Regulatory regimes
Manage the Operational Risk Incident (ORI) life cycle from event intake to resolution for your respective location
Identify process issues through day to day work and/or audits and engage appropriate stakeholders to determine resolution
Manage data leakage incidents and other information security related activities, advising HR colleagues in relation to information security best practices and Firm reporting requirements
Respond to and resolve urgent escalations along with appropriate SMEs and/or stakeholders
Produce non-financial risk reporting and other management information as required
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven non-financial risk management experience.
Proven experience on Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance
Proven ability to anticipate and identify risks and determine effective process and control enhancements in mitigation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders of varying seniority.
The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
Previous exposure and knowledge around HR, Compliance, regional Risk & Regulatory Frameworks is highly advantageous.
Work independently and exercise good judgment in the handling of complex and sensitive matters.
At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
