Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI)

What you'll do in the role:

• Collaborate on the creation, development and evaluation of GenAI-based solutions to enhance internal HR processes
• Leverage large language models and traditional natural language processing techniques to analyze and improve the services provided to employees
• Construct and refine machine learning and statistical models to answer research questions relevant to informing business strategy related to workforce and talent analytics
• Ensure the operational and functional excellence of existing solutions to deliver a seamless client experience
• Work closely with colleagues and business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions

What you'll bring to the role:

• BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI development, data science or statistics, experience in natural language processing, large language models and/or generative AI is a plus
• Skilled in Python and understand various data sources and technologies such as relational databases, data lakes and APIs
• Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with DevOps principles including version control, Git, CI/CD and basic Linux commands is a plus
