What you'll do in the role:
• Work directly with Departmental COO teams to identify financial needs, risks and opportunities and ensure that the Business Management team's activities cater to evolving business demands
• Assist with the tracking, reporting and data management of the Division's financials, headcount, and contingent staff
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and projections ensuring alignment to business objectives
• Evaluate project opportunities, including ROI, risk assessment and financial viability to support strategic decisions
• Provide value-add analytics on client queries to identify trends, variances and opportunities for efficiencies
• Prepare accurate and insightful financial information and reports for senior management
What you'll bring to the role:
• Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline and min 8 year of relevant work experience (within a COO, financial reporting or business management function is an advantage)
• Sound accounting and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
