    Position summary

    and development of presentations for senior management on risk management process and related KPI's

    • Build and maintain relationships across HR, Frimwide Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Risk and Technology
    • Review issues, service disruptions and incidents to escalate as appropriate
    • Interface with Firmwide Sourcing regarding pending agreements and renewals

    You have:

    • 1-3 years work-related experience
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred
    • Experience with procurement processes and/or third-party supplier management process is a definitive advantage
    • Strong verbal, written communication in English, organizational skills, and attention to details
    • Ability to advise and question, as well as administer, analyse and execute
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
    • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of tasks
    • A roll up your sleeves "can do" mindset
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

The group focuses on managing the division's budget process including, financial reporting, vendor and risk management, as well as daily management of workplace.
