What you'll do:

  • Analyze and measure performance of all funnel KPI's, making recommendations to increase funnel performance and conversions

  • Using data, identify bottlenecks and make recommendations to stakeholders

  • Conduct analysis to support the creation of a differentiated company strategy and influence business decisions

  • Assist in our annual strategic planning process

  • Perform key research to develop points of view on our industry, key segments, verticals, customer segments, competitors, and key trends

  • Assist in driving end-to-end strategic projects collaboratively

  • Perform analysis, derive insights, develop recommendations, and collaboratively build action plans with cross-functional teams around critical strategic projects

  • Learn how to leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise information to management

  • Support initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes to add efficiencies without sacrificing quality

  • Ad-hoc analysis to highlight areas of management interest

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years' experience in Strategy, Pricing, FP&A/Financial Analyst or quantitative analysis role; SaaS/Software industry

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, logic formulas, linking, etc.)

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Power BI or other BI/data visualization software experience is a plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your success

  • Ability to work independently and conduct research, analyze data and problem solve

  • Outstanding ability to visually present information

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of analytics and reporting, decision making and technical aptitude

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $70,000+.
