The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2024 and ending in August 2024. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2024 or later.
Responsibilities
The Summer Associate will work on a 12-week project such as developing new use cases for tools or features associated with data visualization, supporting, and expanding Marketing operating procedures, exploring enhancements for existing marketing automation tools, identifying industry best practices for AI, and/or advising on new marketing personalization strategies. Project is subject to change based on department needs and enterprise focus. Project topics may be subject to change based on business needs.
Previous Summer Associate Project topics include Conceptual Roadmap for Paid Media Channels using Context Weighting Via Pega Systems, _Testing Adaptive Model Capabilities in Pega’s Next Best Interactio_n, Marketing Operational Reporting & Power BI Dashboard Development, FinTech Best Practices Playbook, and Insights Creation and Prioritization Framework.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is an analytical storyteller who knows how to communicate their message across multiple departments & teams (regardless of title or tenure).
