    Netskope is rapidly expanding our customer count across Japan. This is an amazing opportunity for a Renewal business expert who has a proven track record of retaining and upselling to current customer accounts.

    Job Requirements:

    A seat is waiting for you on the Rocketship that is Netskope! We want someone who fits one of the following descriptions:

    • At least 1 year of experience in technology renewal management

    • Business-to-business sales experience from another industry that wants to move into technology sales (sorry selling to consumers and individuals doesn't count)

    • 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company in Silicon Valley that is hungry for a chance to move into a revenue closing role

    Additionally, we want to fill this seat with someone who is:

    • Competitively driven to win

    • Extremely curious about Sales and Technology

    • Strongly passionate about what they do

    • Eager to learn new skills and wants to be coached

    • Focused on providing excellent customer service and support

    • Willing to be pushed outside their comfort zone

    • Motivated by a performance based plan and stock options at a Unicorn Startup

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure that they are successfully using Netskope.

    • Develop an overall account retention strategy leading to a 90+% renewal rate in the assigned territory/accounts.

    • Up-sell Netskope products and services to existing customers

    • Own work associated with upcoming Renewals including but not limited to quoting, forecasting, CPI uplifts, multi-year options, upsells, co-terming and budgets allocation.

    • Overachieve on renewal targets through comprehensive account management

    • Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy

    • Pricing and contract negotiation expertise

    • Working with channel partners to maintain customer relationships and complete renewals prior to the expiration date

    • Extensive coordination with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams

    Education:

    • BSc in relevant field of studies
