Manager/Sr. Manager - Threat Efficacy

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to deliver high quality threat protection features/product/services with high efficacy. 
• Take the ownership of assigned threat protection services. Make sure the service performs as designed. 
• Lead the project roadmap planning with the PM team. Prioritize the delivery of roadmap items based on customer requirements. 
• Join the system design as tech lead. Provide guidance and advice to members within the team and in other collaborative teams.
• Proactively promote collaboration within the team and with other teams.
• Ensure continuous high efficacy on Netskope products, through well designed internal testing and collaboration with 3rd-party testing agencies;
• Respond to customer escalations. Ensure the detection of Netskope threat protection on the latest threat.
• Work closely with data scientists, threat researchers, analysts, software engineers and QE engineers ensure our solutions deliver continuous security values to end customers; Define the process of collaborations. 
• Document security content release process, testing methodology, testing environment and results. Be the end-to-end owner of security efficacy;

Qualifications/Requirements:

• First of all, candidates must have a true startup spirit. Be willing to wear multiple hats and deliver end-to-end
• Ability of thinking out-of-box and evaluating results based on customer value
• 4+ year industry experience in managing threat protection product R&D (i.e. AVEngine, Sandbox, IPS, web reputation, etc.). 
• Strong tech background in threat. Understand the latest attacks and how to build solutions against those attacks. 
• Experience in leading in both research and development of developing threat protection products. 
• Experience in leading / working with remote team members.
• Tech lead experience in at least one type of threat protection service will be highly desirable.
• Experienced in working/developing in public cloud environment (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. 
• Working knowledge of big data platforms is highly desirable.
• Energetic self-starter, with the desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree required, MS preferred.
