Position summary
About the position:
Netskope’s Global Customer Experience team is continuing to grow its project management practice. This role reports into Netskope’s Customer Experience Professional Services team.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive project kick-off activities: internal meetings, statement of work creation, project plan documentation for top-tier, high profile customers.
- Act as an escalation path for implementation projects to reset and clarify expectations.
- Oversee Netskope's customer installation engagements from a technical project management capacity.
- Schedule and oversee assignments, report on risks, issues, and accomplishments.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal Netskope team members.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and Netskope leadership.
- Manage internal customer-related processes regarding scheduling, finance, and resource management.
Job Requirements:
- 6-8 years Project Management experience in services business or team.
- Prior experience with Customer Success and/or Professional Services solutions, including Financial Force and Gainsight.
- Experience with resource management.
- Experience with project planning software, plus Smartsheet.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage - the team is globally distributed.
- Practical knowledge within the network security and/or SaaS industry.
- Proficient skills presenting complex schedules and tracking.
- The voice of calm in the chaos and ability to thrive with competing priorities.
Preferences:
- Technical experience implementing network security and/or SaaS-based solutions.
- Professional Services or Customer Success experience.
- Successful track record working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Successful track record working within a successful startup(s).
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
