Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Deliver accurate accounting assessments and conclusions on upcoming marketplace strategies and business models. Partner with cross functional teams in setting up complete, accurate, and well-controlled accounting processes in a highly sophisticated marketplace and digital technology landscape. Identify and operationalize simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities across the Nike controlling function. Implement and ensure new marketplace strategies and business models are effectively set up and validated, with complete, accurate and well controlled financial reporting. Drive operational excellence through the identification and operationalization of simplification, standardization and automation opportunities across Nike function. Review account reconciliations and monitor compliance of processes, transactions, and balances with accounting and finance policies. Participate in system developments, including testing and engage with stakeholders across cross functional stakeholders. Ensure that existing and new digital business models have robust accounting processes that meet technical accounting and specific country requirements.
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, or Finance and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a business-related occupation. Experience must include:
